I bought the AVANT 225 almost by accident instead of a small dumper and soon found it indispensable. To the point I traded it back in to get a AVANT 530 ( spring this year) which is an absolute workhorse,

small enough to fit through gaps and tow on a trailer easily. I mainly use it as a mini loader/forklift but use it with the flail deck, rotary brush and a concrete crusher that goes out on hire frequently. I also use the HD rake and grading beam.  Our rear mounted hydraulic pressure washer is now permanently mounted.
